Languages: Spanish (medical fluency, highly preferred)
Experience: 2+ years of experience in outpatient or obesity medicine, endocrinology, or bariatrics, and/or 2 + years of obesity medicine experience in a primary care/internal medicine setting

Requirements

Nurse Practitioner degree
Experience practicing Obesity Medicine
Experience with effective evidence-based lifestyle counseling
Experience with pharmacotherapy
Licensed to practice and prescribe legally
Preference for credentialing with insurance payers in CA, MA, NY, TX, NJ, and/or IL
2+ years of experience in outpatient or obesity medicine, endocrinology, or bariatrics
2+ years of obesity medicine experience in a primary care/internal medicine setting
Excellent interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions
Committed to the highest quality of medical care
Committed to an evidence-based approach to obesity management
Prior experience conducting telemedicine visits
Great "web-side" manner
Bilingual with medical fluency in Spanish (highly preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide longitudinal telehealth care for patients with obesity
