- Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the relevant provincial body
- Proficiency in virtual care delivery and telemedicine platforms
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
- Familiarity with EMR systems (eg. Avaros) - or willing to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Interest, specialized training or certification in menopause management
- At least 1-2 years of experience in women's health, primary care, or a related field
- Experience with hormone replacement therapy is an asset
- Interest in contributing to clinic growth and service expansion
Responsibilities
- Conducting expert virtual consultations for menopause assessments.
- Delivering comprehensive follow-ups for menopause-related concerns.
- Crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
- Prescribing and managing hormone replacement therapy and other treatments.
- Empowering patients through education on lifestyle modifications and self-care strategies.
- Collaborating seamlessly with our dedicated physician team.
- Patients complete comprehensive forms (eg. past medical history, screening form, etc) before their appointments, providing you with relevant information upfront.
