Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a client-facing Project Manager role
- Experience in cloud consulting or related services
- Managed technical projects that consist of 5 or more people and over $500,000 budget
- Ability to leverage multiple Project Management methodologies and/or approaches (Waterfall, Agile)
- Experience in forecasting and budgeting management to drive accuracy in revenue projections to realization
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects and ensure they are executed with excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships
- Ability to interact with clients at both a business and technical level
- Familiarity with infrastructure modernization, application development and/or data engineering disciplines (Preferred)
- Experience working in a client-facing environment (Preferred)
- Experience working in consulting or professional services (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Oversee all assigned projects, including setting goals between clients and delivery teams
- Plan and execute projects
- Conduct regular touch-points and coordinate account-related activities as needed
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget estimates
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with project goals
- Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure successful project execution
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively
- Track project progress against milestones, using KPIs and reporting tools to assess performance and make data-driven decisions
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise
