Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer / Systems Administrator (Level 3 or equivalent)
- Strong experience with ConnectWise RMM
- Strong experience with Autotask PSA
- Remote troubleshooting and endpoint management experience
- Experience handling backups, antivirus management, and system security
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop environments
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues remotely
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote support environment
- Experience working in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments (Preferred)
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting, cloud services, and virtualization (Preferred)
- IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, or similar) are a plus (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 technical support for desktops, laptops, and user environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced IT issues escalated from lower support levels
- Manage and monitor systems using ConnectWise RMM
- Utilize Autotask PSA for ticket management, documentation, and workflow tracking
- Perform system monitoring, patch management, and proactive maintenance through RMM tools
- Manage and verify data backups and disaster recovery processes
- Detect, investigate, and resolve virus/malware/security threats
- Provide remote end-user support including software installations, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
- Ensure IT systems meet security and performance standards
