Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or research-focused ML Engineer
- Proven track record of applying data science techniques and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems
- Experience building end-to-end model training and feature engineering pipelines
- Strong proficiency in Python and the broader data/AI/ML ecosystem
- Experience working with large-scale datasets, both structured and unstructured
- Solid understanding of data and model lifecycles, including the lifecycle of deployed AI/ML solutions
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance AI/ML models and model training pipelines by analyzing large volumes of (primarily internal) data and engineering powerful features from it.
- Partner with stakeholders across Game Product Groups, Live Operations teams, and other departments to understand business needs and deliver actionable, model-driven insights and solutions.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of AI/ML-powered services and products, and participate in their end-to-end implementation and operation.
- Occasionally develop lightweight, interactive, model-backed web applications (e.g., dashboards or internal tools) to enable business users to leverage model predictions effectively.
