Requirements

ABMS-BC/BE in Radiology by the American Board of Radiology
MD or DO diploma
If board eligible, must have a plan in place to sit for Boards
Active and unencumbered medical license with eligibility for licensure in Florida
Eligibility and ability to obtain DEA license in Florida
Competent in all aspects of diagnostic radiology
Articulate communicator
Live within the U.S. or U.S. territories
Fun, team player
Fellowship training is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Interpret general radiology studies including MR, CT, ultrasound, radiographs, and the occasional nuclear medicine study
Read x-rays and CTs (80%+ of reads)
Work a flexible schedule of 42 weeks per year (daytime, afternoon, and evening shifts)
Work some weekend call shifts
Participate in a GME radiology residency program at Aventura Hospital
