Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, biomedical sciences, or a related field
- +5 years of product management experience, ideally in health tech, medical AI, or data-driven platforms
- Proven track record leading products from concept to launch, preferably within regulated or clinical environments
- Strong technical fluency — able to collaborate effectively with engineers and data scientists
- Able to translate complex clinical or research needs into clear product requirements
- Strategic and analytical thinker with experience defining roadmaps, KPIs, and product success metrics
- Excellent communicator skilled at managing cross-functional stakeholders across technical, research, and clinical domains
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, distributed, and mission-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for SDSC’s surgical video analytics and data science tools across multiple domains (computer vision models, SVP features, admin console)
- Translate user needs and research objectives into technical requirements and prioritized product milestones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation and prototype to validation and deployment
- Gather and synthesize feedback from users to continuously refine products
- Establish metrics to measure product success and adoption across partner institutions
