  • Confidently handle Klaviyo flows
  • Confidently handle Klaviyo segmentation
  • Confidently handle Klaviyo analytics
  • Confidently handle Klaviyo integrations
  • Confidently handle Klaviyo deliverability
  • Worked in an agency or multi client environment
  • Managed 8+ clients at once
  • Understand direct response
  • Think in revenue, not vibes
  • Full time availability
  • Able to work Saturdays when needed
  • Obsessive about details
  • Experience with brands doing $3M to $10M+ in annual revenue (nice to have)
  • Strong grasp of retention metrics, LTV, attribution, and how email affects them (nice to have)
  • Basic HTML/CSS for quick template fixes (nice to have)
  • Deep deliverability instincts inside Klaviyo (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Own Klaviyo for multiple high performing eCommerce brands
  • Build systems that print cash
  • Protect deliverability like it’s sacred
  • Launch fast, test constantly, and make retention climb
  • Manage flows and lifecycle architecture: welcome, abandon, post purchase, winback, VIP, browse, replenishment
  • Perform campaign execution: build, schedule, segment, QA, report, iterate
  • Handle segmentation and list hygiene
  • Ensure deliverability: sender reputation, best practices, monitoring, fixes
  • Implement testing culture: subject lines, offers, creative angles, flow logic, timing, segmentation rules
  • Achieve SOP excellence: follow, improve, and clean up systems
