Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in product design
- Experience within a SaaS environment
- Experience working in start-ups
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered product design and a solid visual design aesthetic
- Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile applications
- Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design/prototyping tools)
- Understanding of design systems and component-driven design
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for key product areas, from discovery through delivery
- Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into elegant solutions
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to bring ideas to life
- Participate in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability
- Design marketing materials that align with the product brand, such as landing pages, ads, and campaign assets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and elevate our visual storytelling
- Support the sales team with design for presentations, one-pagers, and other collateral
- Ensure brand cohesion across digital product, web, and sales experiences
