Comfort with electrical and mechanical tools (digital multimeter, wire and PCB soldering tools, electrical terminal crimping tools, torque wrenches, hand tools)
Comfort with software (flashing firmware, command line interfaces, Linux-based operating systems, simple Bash commands)

Ability to be on feet for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
4+ years of troubleshooting and debugging experience with robotics, industrial automation, or similar mechatronics industries (especially mobile robotics)
Experience with basic system administration and network configuration
Experience with relational databases and SQL
Experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, system block diagrams, circuit schematics, and engineering manuals
Experience with Google Workspace applications, especially Sheets

Work with customers to deploy and support robotic fleets in the warehouse
Provide detailed training to customer teams onsite
Travel on short notice up to 80% of the time within the designated region for site inspections and repairs
Commission, test, and debug robotic systems, remotely troubleshooting with the engineering team as needed
Conduct routine and incident maintenance for our robot fleet
Provide timely repairs and decrease the time our robots are out of production
Maintain records of service calls, training, and expenses
Study technical manuals and attend training sessions provided by engineers
Provide support for root cause analysis for major incidents in the field
Report on critical team metrics such as mean time to repair and first contact resolution rate
