Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Product Designer
- Experience on mobile app and/or consumer products
- Strong design skills on both mobile and desktop
- Ability to make work scalable
- Appreciation for simple but powerful user experiences
- Autonomous in work and reliable in delivery
- Ability to communicate about problems effectively
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Welcomes feedback and is willing to improve
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Take the lead in shaping UX and UI design practice across multiple products
- Set design standards and define the future of user experience
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, Lead Product Designer, and Product team
- Design world-class products for mobile app, web app, desktop extension, and mobile Safari extension
- Take part in all steps of product development, from identifying user and business needs to designing and implementing solutions
- Implement best-in-class design practices by enhancing and refining the existing detailed design system
- Work closely with the Marketing team to contribute to the evolution of brand identity and ensure product consistency
