Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience recruiting IT roles specifically for US companies
- Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Talent Advocacy roles
- Advanced/Bilingual (C1/C2) English level is mandatory
- Familiarity with modern software development lifecycles (SDLC)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with popular tech stacks (e.g., MERN, .NET, Python, AWS/Azure)
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data management and reporting
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract high-quality IT talent (Developers, QA, DevOps, Data Scientists) specifically for US-based opportunities
- Conduct thorough technical screening and behavioral interviews to validate skills, English proficiency, and cultural fit
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to build a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates
- Manage the candidate pipeline efficiently, ensuring a seamless flow from initial contact to client submission
- Review and refine technical resumes to highlight specific tech stacks, project outcomes, and KPIs that resonate with US Hiring Managers
- Conduct interviews focusing on technical storytelling and soft-skills presentation
- Present candidates to clients with detailed submission notes that highlight why the candidate is a match, bridging the gap between the resume and the client’s pain points
