Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in an Account Executive position managing a complete and consultative sales cycle and closing.
  • Experience in Lead generation for B2B in a high-velocity setting (i.e., SaaS, PEO, Fintech).
  • Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and/or ZoomInfo are required.
  • Cold-calling experience is required.
  • Hunter mentality dedicated to grabbing new prospects, netting new logos, closing deals, and delivering immediate results.
  • Established ecosystem relationships with Broker & Accountant Channel partners.
  • Passionate about sales and relationship-focused customer engagements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrates the ability to listen to gather important information during a sales call and/or meeting.
  • Ability to simplify complicated topics and explain them in terms people can easily understand.
  • Able to apply creative solutions to a variety of issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy entrepreneurial environments and the opportunity to build something meaningful.
  • Occasional travel (25%) includes networking events, trade shows, and meeting potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Pipeline: From prospecting to close, you'll manage all activities required to win.
  • Hunt for New Business: Proactively prospect for new business through market research, sales tools, and cold outreach.
  • Leverage Your Network: Build and nurture relationships with channel partners, especially brokers.
  • Be a PEO Expert: Gain an intimate and comprehensive knowledge of our product suite to effectively communicate its value proposition to potential customers.
  • Advocate for the Customer: Be the voice of your future customers, suggesting innovative ideas to improve the customer experience and advocating for product development internally.
  • Expand Your Territory: Research and establish a dominant presence in your assigned territory, developing a strategic plan to connect with the entrepreneurial community.
