  • Build a reporting dashboard
  • Lead outreach to HR executives at Fortune 500 and growth-stage companies
  • Build meaningful relationships, connect with leaders in HR and Learning & Development
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives
  • Run and refine experiments, design and test new ideas, tools, and systems
  • Lead strategic initiatives, identify opportunities to enhance how we grow, operate, and serve clients
  • Analyze and optimize, use data to evaluate experiments, surface insights, and continuously improve outcomes
  • Collaborate across teams, partner closely with the Head of Program Strategy, marketing, and delivery teams
  • Build capability for the organization, strengthen the systems, tools, and insights
