Responsibilities
- Run experiments and lead strategic initiatives that move the organization forward
- Pilot a new LinkedIn campaign
- Build a reporting dashboard
- Lead outreach to HR executives at Fortune 500 and growth-stage companies
- Build meaningful relationships, connect with leaders in HR and Learning & Development
- Drive strategic growth initiatives
- Run and refine experiments, design and test new ideas, tools, and systems
- Lead strategic initiatives, identify opportunities to enhance how we grow, operate, and serve clients
- Analyze and optimize, use data to evaluate experiments, surface insights, and continuously improve outcomes
- Collaborate across teams, partner closely with the Head of Program Strategy, marketing, and delivery teams
- Build capability for the organization, strengthen the systems, tools, and insights
- Stay curious about the field, deepen your understanding of leadership development, market trends
