Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage tech professionals in the US (e.g., developers, engineers, product managers)
- Utilise platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and job boards to attract passive and active candidates
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Schedule and facilitate interviews across time zones
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system
- Communicate professionally and promptly with both clients and candidates
