Requirements:
Proven experience as a Drafter in residential and/or commercial projects Chief Architect experience preferred (or similar drafting software) Strong understanding of construction documentation and drafting standards Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment
Responsibilities:
Create and revise construction drawings for residential and commercial projects Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and details Translate design concepts, markups, and redlines into accurate drawings Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and standards Coordinate updates and revisions throughout project lifecycles Maintain organized drawing sets and version control Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines
