Litigation Attorney - LA

5-10+ years of commercial and/or consumer litigation experience. Strong experience with bodily injury claims, arbitration and other areas of litigation. Candidate must be based in Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, Chicago, or Austin. Active bar license in California. Experience with database management of litigation materials (preferred). Highly effective organizational and prioritization skills (preferred). Sophisticated legal writing skills, legal research experience, and ability to deliver complex analysis (preferred).

Lead and manage complex litigation and dispute resolution matters. Develop and implement litigation strategy. Partner with in-house client teams to provide guidance and support. Provide strategic counsel to leadership on litigation exposure and risk mitigation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address legal risks.
