Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional development experience with backend technologies
  • Experience building services using Go, Ruby on Rails, Java, or similar
  • Experience integrating with customer service software (Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, HubSpot)
  • Exposure to contact center tooling (Twilio, Amazon Connect) is a plus
  • Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST or GraphQL)
  • Working knowledge of relational SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
  • Quality mindset: automated testing, clean code, code reviews, CI/CD basics
  • Practical experience using feature flags, telemetry, and safe rollout techniques
  • Track record collaborating with Product and Design
  • Eagerness to give and receive feedback
  • Friendly, flexible, and pragmatic approach
