Requirements
- 5+ years of professional development experience with backend technologies
- Experience building services using Go, Ruby on Rails, Java, or similar
- Experience integrating with customer service software (Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, HubSpot)
- Exposure to contact center tooling (Twilio, Amazon Connect) is a plus
- Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST or GraphQL)
- Working knowledge of relational SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
- Quality mindset: automated testing, clean code, code reviews, CI/CD basics
- Practical experience using feature flags, telemetry, and safe rollout techniques
- Track record collaborating with Product and Design
- Eagerness to give and receive feedback
- Friendly, flexible, and pragmatic approach
Responsibilities
