Senior Accountant - Marketing

Experience with large ERP and Accounting Software preferred (SAP, Oracle, INTACCT, Net Suite, Maconomy, etc) Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Basic understanding of the technical aspects of account analyses and financial statements Ability to reconcile accounts and perform GL analysis Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 3+ years of Accounting experience Basic Excel skills required (Sumif, Vlookup, Pivot Tables) Ability to set priorities, multi-task, meet critical deadlines and pay attention to detail Highly organized and motivated self-starter with good interpersonal communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluent English Level Located in Latam

Balance sheet account reconciliation Prepare general ledger account analyses Maintain Revenue recognition processes Reconcile all bank accounts monthly Aggregate and record month end expense accruals Prepare month end journal entries Manage and reconcile all intercompany transactions Research and propose solutions to open balance sheet items Support month end ancillary package and hyperion trial balance uploads Serve as a back-up for Shared Service Department areas Assist with internal and external audits Assist with Ad hoc requests Assist in the development and maintenance of internal controls
