2+ years of experience in data analysis, workforce analytics, HR analytics, or related roles (healthcare/contact center setting preferred). Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience working with HR systems and contact center data sources. Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard creation. Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially presenting findings to non-technical audiences. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, HR Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Must be a US Citizen with ability and willingness to acquire a U.S. Public Trust.
