3+ years of experience in commissions processing or sales analysis Experience with Tableau, SQL, Snowflake or other analytical tools Experience with CaptivateIQ a plus as well as other sales tools such as Salesforce, DocuSign, etc. Ability to use reporting tools and solutions to develop automation to improve efficiency and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with superior time-management and organizational skills Strong attention to detail Experience performing and completing audit and Business controls Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on your own Excellent verbal and written communication skills A willingness to learn and adapt to changing standards and company needs Ability to embrace new technology, applications and solutions
