Requirements:
10+ years in B2B SaaS sales 3+ years leading Enterprise AEs Proven record hitting team new-business targets Deep experience selling into large enterprise organizations (Nonprofit, Federal/SLED or Higher Ed preferred) Consistent success with complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals Demonstrated ownership of shaping business deals High EQ and consultative selling chops Strong coaching capability Comfortable collaborating with RevOps on metrics, forecasting, and pipeline health Background selling into mission-driven organizations a plus Familiarity with security/compliance reviews typical in public sector and education
Responsibilities:
Lead, hire, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives Architect, test, and refine Enterprise sales processes Drive pipeline generation with AEs and cross-functional partners Oversee full-funnel execution on complex B2B SaaS deals Inspect deals and guide creative strategies Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Product, Legal, and Security Establish forecasting rigor and deliver accurate forecasts Instrument and analyze process performance
