Product Operations Manager

BA/BS degree with 7+ years of experience in operations strategy, product management, business consulting, or finance. 5+ years of experience leading and managing projects with various teams. Solid communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Advanced data skills: 2+ years of SQL and querying, power user of Excel/PowerPoint or Google Sheets/Slides. Experience formulating and presenting analyses and business cases to technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams in dynamic environments, prioritize skillfully, and drive continuous improvement. Proficiency in writing ChatGPT prompts, leveraging AI, and architecting automations.

Lead change management by refining processes for customer, shopper, and retailer communication regarding product changes. Analyze customer feedback and operational trends to generate insights that shape the product roadmap. Bridge gaps between Product, Operations, and other teams, advising on voice of customer and ensuring alignment. Drive product quality and operational excellence by developing feedback channels, operational playbooks, and resolving issues. Build cross-functional partnerships and use data to back recommendations to leaders.
