Requirements:
Relevant work experience in business development or admissions roles. Experience with SBIRT and motivational interviewing preferred. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Required Colorado licensure or certification: LAC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW. Must have a verifiable license in Colorado. Reliable high-speed home internet. Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent written, presentation, communication, and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities. High comfort level with technology, including EMR software, email, Slack, and Google Suite. Must be able to work remotely with a quiet, private dedicated home office.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedule to support inbound communications. Achieve individual and team enrollment goals. Conduct abbreviated evaluations using SBIRT. Demonstrate knowledge of enrollment criteria. Use motivational interviewing techniques. Schedule initial intake appointments using EHR and software. Facilitate seamless intake appointments. Suggest improvements in operations, messaging, or strategy.
