Relevant work experience in business development or similar admissions roles. Experience with SBIRT and motivational interviewing are a plus. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Required Arizona licensure or certification: LACT, LAAC, LAC, LAMFT, LMSW, LIAC, LMFT, LPC, LCSW. Reliable high-speed home internet. Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent written, presentation, communication, and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities. Committed to a high ethical standard. Self-starter with high emotional intelligence. High comfort level with technology including EMR software, email, Slack, and Google Suite. Must be able to work remotely with a quiet, private dedicated home office. Availability to work full-time with flexibility for evening and weekend availability.
