Arizona | Admissions and Screening Consultant | Telehealth

Relevant work experience in business development or similar admissions roles. Experience with SBIRT and motivational interviewing are a plus. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Required Arizona licensure or certification: LACT, LAAC, LAC, LAMFT, LMSW, LIAC, LMFT, LPC, LCSW. Reliable high-speed home internet. Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent written, presentation, communication, and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities. Committed to a high ethical standard. Self-starter with high emotional intelligence. High comfort level with technology including EMR software, email, Slack, and Google Suite. Must be able to work remotely with a quiet, private dedicated home office. Availability to work full-time with flexibility for evening and weekend availability.

Manage daily schedule for high volume of inbound calls, texts, and emails. Achieve individual and team enrollment goals. Conduct abbreviated evaluations using SBIRT practice. Determine program appropriateness and assist potential member needs. Use motivational interviewing techniques to encourage intake attendance. Schedule initial intake appointments using EHR and other software. Facilitate seamless intake appointments by coordinating with clinical staff. Suggest improvements in operations, messaging, or strategy. Perform other duties as assigned.
