Senior Backend Engineer

10+ years of backend development experience Expert-level experience in PHP and LAMP stack development Extensive hands-on experience writing and implementing code in PHP Strong familiarity with secure file transfer protocols: SCP, FTPS, FTPeS, SFTP Extensive demonstrated experience with Jira administration and workflow design (company-managed projects) Proven ability to plan and execute in Agile development environments A market-driven mindset with a desire to build things that matter to customers Clear communication, strong documentation habits, and a collaborative spirit

Write, deploy, and maintain high-quality backend code in PHP on the LAMP stack Work within a RHEL OS environment Implement and maintain support for MFT protocols including SCP, FTPS, FTPeS, and SFTP Build and maintain Jira-based engineering quality analytics and delivering JQL dashboards Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering team members to scope and execute new features Contribute to architectural decisions that improve platform performance and reliability Drive Agile development processes with a focus on delivery and continuous improvement Identify and introduce modern coding methodologies and tools Participate in code reviews, security assessments, and system optimization Set the foundation for future growth into a leadership role
