Encompass Administrator & Developer

Expert-level experience with Encompass 360 administration. Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development. Familiarity with software development life cycles and best practices. Awareness of AI trends and ability to identify practical applications. In-depth understanding of the mortgage industry and full loan lifecycle. Advanced coding business rules experience with Encompass. Committed to continuous learning and resourcefulness. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively. Experience independently designing and implementing solutions to complex problems. Experience with Project Management and ticketing software.

Recommend system changes and optimizations. Perform system analysis. Write functional specifications, change requests, test plans, and training documentation. Design and implement solutions using C# and .NET. Perform QA testing and coordinate UAT. Design, document, configure, test & deploy Change Requests. Manage integration of 3rd party vendors. Create custom fields, documents, and data entry forms. Maintain users, roles, profiles, and security settings. Maintain Loan Setup settings. Maintain document library and eFolder settings. Assist Compliance and Security with Encompass functions. Research Encompass version changes. Provide recommendations for efficiency and productivity. Perform routine review of code, configuration, data, and usage. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and SMEs. Provide technical documentation for end users. Identify training needs. Create & Maintain report library. Maintain business rules for data entry, workflow progression, and compliance. Prepare reporting for regulatory examination processes. Ensure compliance with mortgage regulations and security standards. Propose automation and efficiency improvements.
