HR Services Working Student

Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Health Economics, or a related field Minimum 2 semesters completed at university Strong interest in HR operations Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style Good organizational and time-management skills Confident in MS Office, especially Excel Experience with HR systems is a plus Strong communication skills Team-player mindset English: B2 or higher German: B2 or higher (native or near-native preferred)

Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and internal databases Support contract administration, documentation checks, and compliance tracking Handle employee inquiries and support the preparation of official letters and documentation for authorities Provide support for ongoing HR projects and initiatives
