Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Health Economics, or a related field Minimum 2 semesters completed at university Strong interest in HR operations Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style Good organizational and time-management skills Confident in MS Office, especially Excel Experience with HR systems is a plus Strong communication skills Team-player mindset English: B2 or higher German: B2 or higher (native or near-native preferred)
