Requirements:
Solid experience in HR Business Partnering, ideally in multi-entity organizations (financial services, professional services, SaaS, tech-driven). Proven expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. Experience in Employee Relations and solid knowledge of German labor law (Austrian and Swiss law are a plus). Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred). Excellent communication and influencing skills. Analytical mindset and ability to use data for HR strategies. Experience in payroll control and supporting payroll system integration. Excellent written and spoken German and English.
Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to understand priorities and challenges. Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals. Manage employee relations cases (performance, conduct, disciplinary). Coach leaders on HR-related issues. Provide insights on turnover, exit analysis, and workforce development. Conduct data-driven analysis to identify workforce priorities. Support reorganizations and restructurings. Coach leaders on guidelines, performance management, and retention. Collaborate with HR CoE on global programs. Support M&A team with onboarding of acquired companies. Ensure HR policies comply with local labor laws. Train leaders and employees on compliance. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify skill gaps and support recruiting.
