Solid experience in HR Business Partnering, ideally in multi-entity organizations (financial services, professional services, SaaS, tech-driven). Proven expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. Experience in Employee Relations and solid knowledge of German labor law (Austrian and Swiss law are a plus). Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred). Excellent communication and influencing skills. Analytical mindset and ability to use data for HR strategies. Experience in payroll control and supporting payroll system integration. Excellent written and spoken German and English.
