Senior Accountant

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Minimum of 3 years experience in audit with a mid to large size public accounting firm or 3-5 years experience with a small to mid size technology/software company Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-starter with a proven track record of grit and determination Excellent written and oral communications skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (vlookup and pivot tables) Ability to work on a cross functional basis Experience and flexibility with global support for meetings and deadlines Working knowledge of NetSuite (a plus) Experience in payroll processing and payroll accounting (a plus) Understanding of international accounting FX impacts (a plus) CPA or on track to get your CPA (a plus)

Execute monthly and quarterly accounting close tasks Process payroll and book related journal entries Resolve payroll issues and inquiries Understand and book intercompany transactions Prepare financial statement schedules and analyses Mentor junior accounting staff Assist with accounting and reporting process maintenance and scaling Support process optimization and automation Collaborate with other departments on accounting matters Participate in ad-hoc projects
