Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Contract

Minimum of two years experience directly working in a non-clinical social worker environment, specifically within care coordination. Active Social Work license (LSW, LMSW, or equivalent). Deep, verifiable knowledge of Medicare regulations, Medigap, and prescription coverage. Ability to manage complex cases via CRM/Case Management software and conduct high-quality video consultations. Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to translate complex medical information for families.

Provide expert guidance on Medicare, benefits, and enrollment logistics. Review Medicare Summary Notices (MSNs) and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) for errors; file appeals and resolve billing disputes. Schedule and manage specialist visits, telehealth setups, and transportation logistics, ensuring record sharing. Identify medical billing errors, negotiate costs, and find pharmaceutical assistance programs. Act as a single point of contact for families, providing updates and educational resources. Identify and vet non-medical community resources for families.
