Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, STEM, or related field Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams in a backend SaaS environment Strong software development background in Python or Golang Hands-on architectural experience Practical experience with Linux system administration and distributed systems Solid understanding of agile methodologies, modern software practices, and cloud-native architectures Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed environment Passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing engineering talent
