Workday PSA Architect - REMOTE

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Workday Pro Financials Certification. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday PSA implementation and configuration. Strong expertise in Workday Financial domains and Time Tracking. Proficiency in Workday Report Writing and Dashboard development. Ability to architect solutions to fulfill business requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborative approach in a global team environment. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Lead the day-to-day management of the Workday PSA solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into Workday PSA configurations. Align with financial and HCM architects to deliver a roadmap aligned with enterprise leadership. Continuously evaluate and optimize Workday PSA processes. Oversee system regression testing for Workday PSA product releases. Manage Workday PSA related projects, including planning and execution. Support training and change management to maximize effectiveness of Workday PSA. Ensure seamless integration of data with other enterprise applications. Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the Workday PSA module. Stay updated with Workday PSA features, enhancements, and industry trends.
