Requirements:
BC/BE MD - family medicine, internal medicine (with or without subspecialization), or emergency med with primary care experience Other BC/BE physicians with specific obesity medicine experience are welcome Demonstrated excellent written/verbal communication skills and virtual “bedside” manner Active, unrestricted license in (AL, AR, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, MO, NJ, SC, TN) Must be licensed in at least 4 of the listed states
Responsibilities:
Provide world-class clinical care and patient experience Perform telehealth virtual visits discussing obesity science and prescribing therapy Review and manage daily tasks, messages, and lab results Oversee patient progress and coordinate care with coaches Utilize and support a detailed clinical treatment paradigm Supervise and collaborate with up to five Nurse Practitioners Work a consistent 40h/wk schedule in a remote telehealth setting
