5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on U.S. benefits administration. Experience with UK and APAC regional benefits programs is a plus. Strong understanding of US compliance requirements (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.). Experience working with benefits brokers, carriers, and HRIS/benefits platforms. Experience working with HRIS and benefits administration systems. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection.
