Senior iOS Developer II, App Experiences

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience building high-quality iOS applications, preferably at consumer scale. Strong proficiency in Swift, with experience using SwiftUI, Combine, and UIKit where appropriate. Experience working within or contributing to design systems and reusable UI component libraries. Solid understanding of iOS app architecture, performance tuning, and application lifecycle. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Build and iterate on core app experiences that drive engagement and improve daily utility. Implement modular, reusable, maintainable, and performant UI components using Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, and Foundation. Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate user problems into engineering solutions. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the app-wide redesign and information architecture evolution. Ensure UI polish and consistency by creating frameworks that orchestrate surfaces using Life360’s design system. Support app performance, accessibility, and reliability through testing, instrumentation, and continuous improvement. Conduct thoughtful code reviews and contribute to a strong, inclusive engineering culture.
