Requirements:

Operated platforms serving high-traffic, high-stakes workloads Understand distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) Experience with capacity planning, cost optimization, and disaster recovery Led teams of engineers and managers Experience with hiring, developing, and retaining strong people On-call experience and led incident response Operated in environments with compliance requirements like SOC2 and PCI Ability to translate technical work into business impact and build trust with non-platform teams

Responsibilities:

Own the strategy and execution for Runtime Platform Set the technical direction for Runtime Platform Build and develop the Runtime Platform team Manage stakeholder relationships and translate needs into platform capabilities Represent Runtime Platform in incident reviews and architecture discussions
