Manager, Clinical Operations

3+ years' experience in practice management, healthcare administration, or related field Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field Expertise in Clinical Operations, ideally in the telehealth space Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with various internal and external teams, representatives and stakeholders Proficiency with Google Suite applications Passion, experience and/or genuine interest in LGBTQ+ healthcare Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Oversee daily practice operations according to established SOPs. Manage recurring operational tasks and checklists. Manage administrative logistics including scheduling, coverage, resource allocation, and routine practice communications. Monitor and track staff licensing deadlines, renewals, and required documentation. Communicate directly with clinic staff as the first point of contact. Review member survey feedback and track resolution. Manage MD collaboration workflow. Monitor SLA adherence and operational metrics. Conduct compliance checks and process audits. Maintain operational dashboards, tracking systems, and report exports. Partner with Clinical Operations Senior Manager to inform process improvements. Foster and maintain strong working relationships.
