Implementation Manager

Experience navigating large scale projects with executive, business, and technical stakeholders. Experience juggling several different workstreams simultaneously. Understanding of how software is deployed within mature enterprise organizations. High degree of curiosity and willingness to understand the mortgage ecosystem.

Lead end to end implementation projects with clients from sales handoff through post-go-live. Manage multiple stakeholders and critical timelines during implementation. Become a Vesta product expert and oversee configuration/customization. Collaborate with sales, product, design, and engineering teams. Develop and maintain project documentation (plans, status reports). Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
