Requirements:
5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs in a regulated industry. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field. Experience defining, measuring, and reporting on organizational KPIs and/or KRIs. Demonstrated experience with routine regulatory notifications, reportings, or filings. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects and administrative processes. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.
Responsibilities:
Support routine and ad hoc regulatory filings, notifications, and exams. Develop and maintain a regulatory inventory for the company and its products. Help manage company policies and coordinate implementation with business units. Support implementation of risk and compliance programs (RCSAs, new business initiatives). Maintain team roadmap, project tracker, and KPIs for compliance and risk initiatives. Lead initiative to develop and maintain a dashboard of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs). Develop training programs for employees. Perform additional special projects as needed.
