Proven experience in sales, preferably as a closer in a marketing or advertising environment. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Demonstrated ability to handle objections and close sales. Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
