2+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, PM), ideally in the SaaS space Previous software development experience in one or more of the following areas: Front End: JavaScript, TypeScript, React; Back-End: Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift/Objective-C Experience with data formats and data transformation Great oral and written communication skills Superior organizational skills working with multiple customers and have the ability to switch context quickly throughout the day with various competing demands and attention to detail Obsessed with Solving Customer Problems Experience at our current stage and beyond ($150-300M+ ARR range, high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure)
