Software Development Manager (Remote from Taiwan)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of software development experience. At least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Proven experience managing high-performing engineering teams. Proven experience delivering complex projects. Strong technical background with experience in Python, React, and relational and NoSQL databases. Solid understanding of large-scale system design and big data architectures. Experience working with agile development methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of software engineers. Oversee software design, development, and implementation. Prioritize development work and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions. Establish project timelines and ensure delivery within constraints. Enforce coding standards and best practices. Identify risks and perform root cause analysis. Drive a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement. Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
