Finance and Data Analytics Manager

5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or data analytics roles Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or fast-moving startup environments Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Experience with financial and reporting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Airtable, Power BI) Familiarity with workflow and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Make) Comfortable with project and data visualization tools (e.g., Asana, Vibe Canvas, Lucid) Experience integrating data across systems for unified dashboards/reporting flows

Manage and analyze sales, expense, and performance data for insights Build dashboards and financial models for company health and sales performance Oversee bookkeeping and ensure financial record accuracy Lead payroll review, billing, and payment processes Review and process agent invoices and commission calculations Reconcile accounts and track inventory across systems Partner with leadership on revenue forecasting, growth modeling, and KPI tracking Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate finance/reporting workflows
