QA Engineer (Mid-level)

Understanding of the existing framework and maintaining new script additions. Proposing enhancements to the framework. Work closely with developers and product managers to define automated testing components. Understand the test infrastructure and Test Framework. Quick Debugging skills for test execution errors and full responsibility for resolving issues independently. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Understanding of system architecture. Experience in test development with positive and negative test scenarios. Experience with Selenium or any other similar test framework.

Validate and test software to ensure it is functional, intuitive, and ready for deployment. Deliver feedback on features and bugs to optimize software applications. Ensure the coaching platform is high-quality. Build product test strategies. Write and execute test plans. File bugs. Communicate with the team about issues, risk, and product quality. Identify and execute on opportunities to improve the QA process. Help educate others in Engineering and Product on testing and QA. Work with them to determine product quality goals and measurements. Work with engineering and support to triage inbound bug reports and reproduce reported issues. Expand end-to-end automated test coverage.
