FP&A Analyst

3+ years of experience in FP&A Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling 2+ years of hands-on work experience with SQL 2+ years experience with a data visualization tool, preferably DOMO Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or a highly quantitative field Experience working in a startup environment Excellent analytics and data interpretation skills Ability to synthesize financial and operational data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations An analyst with a strong voice for data-driven decision-making Self-motivated and experience working autonomously on financial projects from initial data collection to final business decision Naturally curious and highly motivated to jump in, analyze, experiment, and learn High degree of attention to detail and diligence in verifying the accuracy & completeness of work

Develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial plans Create and maintain models to predict performance under various conditions and assess business decisions Analyze differences between actual results and budgets/forecasts, explaining key drivers and trends Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives, operational changes, and executive requests Translate complex data into clear insights, summaries, and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across financial and operational reporting Partner closely with the CFO and other members of the leadership team to support data-driven decision-making across the business Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that provide visibility into company performance for leadership and functional teams Identify gaps in data or reporting and proactively work with stakeholders to improve data quality, instrumentation, and processes Turn messy or incomplete data into usable insights Support the preparation of leadership-level reporting and presentations, including quarterly board meetings
