Requirements:
Full professional proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. Located in Brazil or surrounding area and willing to travel. 5+ years of experience in account management, including upsell execution, value realization, and customer planning. Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships for adoption, satisfaction, and retention. Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer accounts and drive revenue growth. Guide new customers through onboarding with technical account managers. Monitor customer usage, health, risk scores, and performance KPIs to proactively address issues. Collaborate with Sales, TAM team, R&D, Partners, and other stakeholders.
