Originate and place CRE debt transactions generally ranging from $2M to $200M+ Structure and place financing across various lender types Advise sponsors on loan structure, proceeds, pricing, and execution strategy Run deals from mandate through closing, partnering with analysts and transaction managers Leverage technology to underwrite, source lenders, and streamline execution Build and deepen long-term relationships with borrowers and lenders
