AI Product Manager - B2B SaaS (Martech) - Remote

Experience using and applying Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, evaluation, and tuning. Hands-on experience building or using LLM-powered agentic solutions. 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product. Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. Hands-on experience in Agile Product Development. Hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on a time-bounded schedule. Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, hallucinations, bias, accuracy, etc.). Worked with model APIs like OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral. Built or iterated on customer journeys using low-code/no-code tools and drag-and-drop automation platforms. Ability to assimilate customer requirements, design appropriate solutions, and translate requirements into detailed product specifications. Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision. Fluent in English and Turkish.

Define the why, when, and what of products. Lead cross-functional teams from ideation to launch. Build product and strategy reflecting company vision. Articulate business value to the product team. Define release process and coordinate market launch activities. Manage and prioritize product items. Own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas. Benchmark, monitor, and understand market needs, competition, and emerging technologies. Define and analyze metrics for feature/product performance and customer satisfaction. Provide suggestions for improvements.
