Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for web and app products Translate product requirements into wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity designs Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across platforms Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver design solutions Create and maintain scalable design systems Iterate on designs based on user feedback and product insights Balance user needs with business and technical constraints Support design implementation through collaboration with engineers Contribute to brand expression through product interfaces Explore animation and motion design to improve user experience Ensure visual consistency between brand and product experiences
